About this resource

This webpage and accompanying poster explore simple, practical ways young people can look after their health while supporting the planet. Through clear examples and engaging visuals, it shows how everyday choices can make a positive difference. 

The resource encourages realistic, hopeful action and helps students recognise the connection between caring for themselves and caring for the environment. 

It can be used flexibly to prompt discussion and reflection and provides a useful starting point for wider learning across subjects such as PSHE, citizenship or environmental studies.

Using this resource

This resource is designed for:  

  • education staff working with students aged 11-16. 

Content can be adapted for different learning needs, age groups and settings.
