Anti-Bullying Week 2024 is taking place from Monday 11th November to Friday 15th November. The week is run by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, and this year's theme is ’choose respect.’ 

The Anti-Bullying Alliance have created this resource pack for secondary schools, to help schools mark the week and help students to understand the importance of respect and empathy as a way of preventing and responding to bullying. 

The resource pack includes: 

  • an assembly plan 
  • a lesson plan 
  • cross-curricular activities 
  • other activity suggestions. 

Using this resource

This resource is designed for:

  • use with young people aged 11 to 16, but can be adapted for use with those over 16 
  • use with whole classes or whole assembly groups
