Framework for developing an anti-racist approach
A framework to help schools and colleges embed anti-racist approaches and build inclusive, equitable environments for students, staff and the wider community

About this resource
This framework has been developed by the NEU to help schools and colleges build and sustain anti-racist approaches as part of a whole-school or college commitment to equality.

It includes discussion starters to help staff and students talk about race and racism, as well as practical actions to challenge racial inequalities, support Black staff and pupils and embed racial literacy across the school or college
