This resource provides a list of ideas that mental health leads can draw on to promote resilience and social emotional learning as part of your school or college’s PSHE curriculum and wider teaching practice.
This includes suggestions for topics to cover as part of your PSHE curriculum, as well as practical suggestions to implement a whole-school approach to mental wellbeing.
It covers topics such as:
- evaluating and auditing your PSHE curriculum
- programmes and approached to integrate into your teaching
- developing whole-school cross-curricular links.
Please note that the resource does not include teaching materials or further resources.
Mental health leads may wish to use this resource to review current practice and inform planning of your setting’s PSHE delivery and whole-school approach to mental wellbeing.
