About this resource
This toolkit brings together a selection of resources created for teaching assistants (TAs) and learning support assistants (LSAs). It recognises the demands of support roles in schools and colleges and offers practical guidance to help protect and strengthen wellbeing.
Resources cover topics such as burnout, communicating effectively with line managers, managing financial worries, and wellbeing support through different life stages, including the menopause. It also features a webinar exploring how schools can better recognise and support TAs and LSAs.

Learning outcomes
This resource addresses the following learning outcomes:
