Wellbeing curriculum toolkit

An online toolkit containing wellbeing resources and practical strategies to promote positive mental health.

This toolkit consists of eight online learning modules, downloadable resources and videos to help develop positive mental health in children and young people.

The modules cover:

  • Strengths
  • Emotional management
  • Attention and awareness
  • Relationships
  • Coping and resilience
  • Habits and goals
  • How to apply the ‘SEARCH’ framework in your setting

The toolkit encourages staff to adopt a solution-focused approach when considering the wellbeing of their students. It looks at how to model healthy coping strategies to children and young people.

There are opportunities for staff to reflect between modules. The toolkit also includes a number of practical strategies for staff to implement, with guidance on how to adapt these for their individual settings.

Users are able to save their progress within the toolkit and come back to it at a later date.
