In this video, Rachel shares her experience of being autistic and having ADHD. She talks about her support dog, her journey with mental health and the positive impact gymnastics has had on her life.
This video offers insight into how a supportive environment and meaningful interests can strengthen wellbeing for neurodivergent young people. It may be used to prompt discussion about belonging and how settings can support neurodivergent students in ways that build confidence.

- use with students aged 16+ as part of a facilitated discussion.
