Being aware of upcoming mental health awareness days, and points where anxiety and stress may increase, can help you plan your wellbeing activity for the term.
The calendar covers awareness days and themes for this term, including:
- the return to school and transitions
- Black History Month
- World Mental Health Day
- International Stress Awareness Week
- Anti-Bullying Week
For each date, we have highlighted key themes and suggested activities that schools and colleges could run.
We have also included lots of links to free resources to help students and staff mark the dates and explore related mental health topics.
