Anti-bullying toolkit
A toolkit to help staff in schools and colleges understand and appropriately deal with workplace bullying.
This toolkit is designed to support education staff to recognise bullying at work and know what to do when they spot it.
It aims to help setting leaders create a psychologically safe and mentally healthy school or college culture, and to provide all staff with support and practical advice.
Resources include a guide to recognising workplace bullying, leading compassionately, auditing psychological safety in your setting, and a case study of a real teacher’s experience of being bullied at work.
