End of year reflective exercise
Questions to help education staff reflect on the positive aspects of the academic year.

This resource is designed to promote staff wellbeing by prompting positive reflections on the academic year. Through questions including:
- What was your favourite moment with a student or colleague this year?
- Which colleague have you really connected with this year and why?
- What self-care strategy has helped you most this year and why?
Staff are encouraged to reconnect with the positive aspects of working in education, recognise their accomplishments, and appreciate the impact of their work.
This activity is a useful way to make space for individual and collective reflection in staff meetings. Although the resource focuses on end of year reflections, it could be adapted for use on a termly basis too.
