It contains practical information to help understand the kinds of help available, as well as guidance on how to access support.
This includes guidance on seeking support from a GP and CAMHS, as well as early intervention services and advocacy and legal support.
Mental health leads and staff may wish to use this resource to signpost parents and carers to relevant services and support in your local area.

This resource is designed for:
- use by mental health leads working with students aged 5 to 19.
- use by staff working in primary schools, secondary schools, colleges (sixth form and FE) and special schools.
