About this resource
This video features a conversation between Alice Moore, Mental Health Lead and Consultant, and Karl Pupé, specialist teacher and author of The Action Hero Teacher.
Together, they discuss how schools can build a classroom culture where everyone feels valued and supported to thrive. It touches on recognising signs of stress, strengthening relationships and embedding wellbeing into everyday teaching practice.
The video shares practical ideas that staff can use straight away and includes prompts for reflection on leadership, school culture and the shared role we all play in supporting mental health. It can be used individually or with staff teams to guide discussion and training on whole-school wellbeing.
