Wellbeing measurement for schools - staff survey
A survey to help schools and colleges better understand their staff and provide them with the support they need.
This downloadable booklet provides a set of questions and tools to measure staff wellbeing robustly and consistently.
It is divided into three sections: staff wellbeing and perception of stress, staff wellbeing at your school or college, and staff confidence in supporting students’ mental health and wellbeing.
In each of these sections, there is clear guidance on how to answer the questions as well as how to use the results of the survey.
Schools and colleges can use the whole survey or select sections from it, depending on needs and priorities. It also includes a short video to explain the purpose of the resource.
